Is your dog's unusual barking a secret code for something mysterious?

Hi all, one of my chickens has been poorly for a few days now She has a very dirty bottom and she has very yellow-green runny poo. She is sitting all hunched up and keep going back to the eglu. I did bath her in warm water and she did seem to perk up for a few days but now she is back to how she was She is eating but looks very sad, hunched up and tail down.

 

Her comb is a little floppy but her eyes are still bright although they do seem a bit sunken but I think that's where she's all hunched up.

 

She has been wormed with verm-x but I've also just got some flubenvet which I shall try - any other ideas? The other two are absolutely fine.

 

I did have a softie the other day which I wondered if it was from this chook but I'm really not sure. All 3 went off lay over the hard winter and Emily is now about 3 so presumably she is slowing down anyway?

 

Any help/suggestions gratefully received.

Could it be an infection? Guess a vet is needed or you can send a sample to Retford for analysis. May just be worms Sorry not a lot of help am I. Glad she is still eating.
