Saronne Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 One of my LF light Sussex does not appear to fit her bumperbit. Her beak is rather long and curved and she seems to be getting it trapped... I noticed today that she was having real difficulty opening her beak to feed - not like the others who manage well with their bumperbits. Carol U Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 I think the 'u' shaped bit is supposed to go above the beak. The beak shouldn't go through it or she couldn't open it.
