grracee
Might be a possibilty that i may hatch some chicks sometime soon, poss some Orps. I've read before on a few websites that they are quite a hard breed to sex. I was just wondering whether the feather sexing still works with that breed on the day olds? Might be a stupid question but hey! As I hatched some light sussex X marans last year and had 4 out of 6 hatch and feather sexed them to find i had all four being cockerals, and it turned out they all were! grracee
Thanks Yeh, I know what you mean about doing it at the right time. Last time I hatched I feather sexed them then the next day you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference!
