2009 Omlet cube and run for sale

Well having been on here the last couple of weeks discussing WIRs and finally making the decision to go for a I popped onto order it last night only to find out that the price has gone up £20 No warning which is a pity as I now think it is too expensive - considered it borderline before. Now reconsidering ......... so has anyone on here got an Oakdene "Dorking" chicken house? This apparently holds up to 6 chickens which would save buying another Eglu later (we are planning on 3 chickens to start - thinking we'll add another 2-3 at a later date), has a slide out floor and is meant to be easy to clean. Any feedback would be most appreciated.

Have you considered getting a second hand eglu from ebay?

I got mine and it was a lot cheaper than brand new..

I ended up with an extension run, omlet netting and eglu with glug and grub and winter and summer shades for just over 300.

I forgot to say to you when you were here, you can phone and ask Omlet if they have any reconditioned eglus which are usually £40 less. Mine was reconditioned and you honestly couldn't have told - there wasn't a mark on it. All the extras were new.

Thanks for the tips guys. Will call Omlet again - called today as couldn't see where the extra £20 was coming from! Re ebay yes we have been trying but those for sale have been down south with collection only. Did contact 1 Scottish seller through this site but needless to say it was gone!
