Sal119
Lottie has a bald patch on her chest. She doesn't seem bothered by it and is fine in herself. Does anyone know why this may be It doesn't look sore, just bald! Edited March 4, 2010 by Guest
Christian
Is it more noticeable in the evening when her crop is full? It could just be the crop parting her feathers? If not, then it could be her pulling feathers out in preparation for broodiness!
Sal119
Her crop seems fine. There is definitely a bald patch there on her chest and now looking at her bottom, it appears she has lost quite a few feathers from there as well Apart from this she's fine and so are the other three Also for the past couple of days one of them (not sure which as they are all laying) is laying eggs with very wavy shells (if that makes sense!) ......? Does anyone know why this would be?
