BeckyBoo
Well, Milo is finally living with Blossom, and whilst not immediately in love, there's a fair amount of head rubbing and nuzzling going on so I'm hopeful! If you don't know we got Milo from the RSPCA (spit, yes I know, I don't like them much but we needed an adult neutered male and could only find babies everywhere else!) where he'd been on his own for between 4 and 8 months depending on which worker you spoke to. he's been co-existing in a hutch next to Blossom and due to foul weather had been there for a fortnight until I took the plunge yesterday and put them both in the run. They share food already and (touch wood) there's been NO aggression although they play, you chase me, then I'll turn round and chase you! Milo! together at last - Blossom and Milo Blossom The sunshine has been fabulous, they've been basking, as have the dog and the chickens!! pagesguineas
Milo looks exactly like my bunny Misty...I'm starting to wonder if they were from the same litter they are so identical! My Misty is a lion head english cross, about a year old now, we got her from a pet shop in Tadley, Hampshire. I've attached a picture....I just can't believe how identical they are!! Picture isn't great as she never stays still for long!! Catherine
BeckyBoo
That's just too coincidental isn't it!! Milo has blue eyes, we got him from the RSPCA but we're in north Surrey near the Hants border so it's possible. He was one of "too many" in the home apparently! he's quite shy, hasn't been handled really, but he's a lovely boy and seems to be settling really well with Blossom, they were washing each other - well, she was washing him earlier. Awwww. beckyBoo
pagesguineas
Yes Misty has bright blue eyes! We went to the petshop and they had a whole litter that looked very similar but she was the only girl with blue eyes so we picked her. I went back to the shop 3 weeks later and all her brothers and sisters were still there. I've never seen another rabbit like her so I definitely think its very possible they are brother and sister! Small world! Catherine
