Hi All, just had to share

 

Other half has come around now after the horrendous winter we have and said a WIR is a must after all the mud and poop

 

We have been out and measured for a "Tony" to go against our garage wall, only a three sided one will be needed. It measures 11' 5" x 4' 3", asked him to include in his quote, eggport hatch, table for eglu and ladder, door to remove eglu and door for food. I hope I haven't forgotten anything I have just emailed Tony for a quote can't wait now for a response.

Congratulations, how exciting It sounds almost identical to mine .

 

What will your doors be like? I have to say I love my stable door .

ANH, yes it is. I have asked Tony for a door so the eglu can be removed, does this need to be a stable one do you think

When you say a door for food and a door for the eglu, are they both human sized? Do you need both?

I think we need a diagram .

 

Tony's eglu tables are quite low (compared to mine) so you'd have to open both halves of a stable door (as do I) so I'm not sure a stable door is necessary (if you've got a wee door for the egg port already).

 

You'll see what I mean here ...

I've been looking at Em chooks new one Thats the sort of run I was thinking off but not as wide as I don't have the room. I don't think I need her extra door though I hope you know which one I'm looking at I don't know how to post the link

I've just had a look at hers . I see exactly what you mean now - those doors are fab (Tony is expanding his door repetoire ).

I have recently got a Tony and it's fab I have a stable door and I have a table beside it with the Go on top This means that I can shut the Eglu door just by opening the top half of the stable door. Perhaps Tony is now making higher tables but mine works a treat.

Also I asked Tony for a door wide enough to get the Go out to clean. So I can now do this and pressure wash it outside the WIR. Hope this helps
