hilda-and-evadne
I've just treated my Light Sussex with Nivea and flowers of sulphur. She wasn't troubled at all by the mite last year but I happened to notice the red sore patches on her backside when she was dust-bathing. Anyway, thanks to all the knowledge shared on this forum last summer, I am equipped to deal with it straightaway.

LJ's Chooks
Hi rachel, can you please explain the symptoms and how you are treating, as most treatment like johnsons don't work for depluming feather mite. Has anyone used johnsons mite spray extra??? Does that work?
