Chicken boarders

My eggport is getting wet when it rains I think it is because the rubber water channels and the end of the lid have perished and split, does anyone know if Omlet sell them and what they are called? I am going to ring in the morning. Has anyone else had the same problem? I have a shade covering the port at the moment to try and keep the nestbox dry.

I don't have rubber seal - should I ? I am getting water in my egg port/nest box - not much but some! - and have always had to put hemcore in to absorb it under the straw.
