Hi I made a casserole last night with chicken breast- cubed, onions, garlic, leeks and carrot and M&S chardonnay sauce for tonight. We reheated for a long time ( more than 1 hour- as we pooped down the allotment) and after serving supper tonight I still have some left over. Can I freeze this? or even reheat it tomorrow?

Yes you can freeze it and reheat it Just make sure it is fully heated through before you eat it.

 

Most people just take their chicken poo down the allotment, but each to his own

Sorry _ I have had a glass of wine and am very tired tonight!!- Too much work and very little play means I cannot spell but I think I prefer pooping down the allotment to popping~!!
