How long after the first crack until hatch?

A couple of our eggs have a little pyramid pushed up from in the egg. They were like this this morning and are still the same now. How long until they should hatch (hatch) ? I am a little concerned in this heat they will dry out, mind you both eggs are being sat on by hot broody hens, so would be hot anyway - do you think they will be ok?

My 1st chick hatched friday morning, must have been very fast as I hadn't seen any pipping, the next 2 hatched about 6 and 12 hours after I saw the first crack. The 4th was still not out 30 hours later, and probably wouldn't be now if I hadn't helped it- wish I hadn't though, I'm not sure it's going to make it anyway :(
