I did them in pots, but they want going out into the veggie bags I got from Wilkinsons. Two questions. Can I plant them out now & how many to a bag? sjp Posted May 25, 2010 Share Posted May 25, 2010 yes they can go out now how many to a bag depends on how big the bag is if it's aflat grow bag like the ones used for tomatoes then 2 or 3 but you'll need to feed quite often (with a nitrogen based feed not a tomato feed) as cabbages are greedy plants.and don't let them dry out as that will cause the to bolt personally I'd grow them in the garden not in grow bags Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
