Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi all,

 

Does anyone have a tip on how to get an ex-bat to lay her egg in the nesting box? She has found herself a spot in the garden and nests there. I've tried putting her in the nesting box and shutting the door but she just holds it in and as soon as I open the door runs off to her own nest and lays.

Maybe block off her preferred nesting spot, and leave a couple of eggs in the nesting box to give her the idea.

 

Has there been a bit of a queue forming for the nest box?

Put in 2 or three fake eggs into the nesting box. and show her them, this should work, also put a brick or something where she normally lays, so she cant get into the nest.
