Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi, About 6 months ago one of my hens starting losing feathers and stopped laying, I assumed it was just her moulting and let her get on with it, however she has never really recovered although she eats and drinks fine and enjoys scratching around she looks awful as she is missing feathers all over and seems to be slowly getting worse ! I started spraying her with 'Anti-peck spray' (I wondered if she was being pecked even though she's top chicken !) but it's made no difference and then last week she laid an egg with a very thin shell which broke immediately ! Has anyone got any idea's what I should do with her ?

Hi, certainly not for the last 6 months, do you think that could be the problem ? Shes with other chickens that are fine and laying well, I'm thinking of separating her for a bit to give her some tlc !
