Lesley
Time to get rid of that winter skin .............. I make my own and it's very easy.......... Take a pot which you can put your fingers in to scoop out enough scrub, Fill to three quarters with salt - you can use any grade of salt, I use a mixture of table sea salt and medium grade sea salt crystals. Top up with Sweet Almond Oil, to cover the salt. You can add a couple of drops of essential oils if you want it fragranced. Just scrub face or body with it in the shower - after showering. Rinse off. I buy my ingredients from The Soap Kitchen http://www.thesoapkitchen.co.uk/ ....but you can usually find almond oil in wholefood shops or at Boots. theherd123
What a great idea Lesley! Might give it a go and add some ginger and lime
Guest
I have fairly sensitive skin, Lesley - face and body - do you think that would be suitable for sensitive souls like myself?
Lesley
You could make a small amount Shona, using table salt which isn't as abrasive. Don't add any perfumed oils either. Try it on the back of your hand and if all is well then test a small patch on your face?
