Hi

 

Am probably going to buy an eglu and build a small run

 

will ring omlet on monday but has anyone had to wait very long lately?? Am debating if I should drive to Banbury to collect myself..I am in Herts...desperate as I have acquired 2 abandoned mallard ducklings and at the same time 3 young bantums...I only had a small little wood house ..but the extra mallard guests were not expected! So I need it fast

When we initially ordered our eglu classic (quickly upsized to a cube ) we were given a lead time of 1 month. I really think it depends how busy they are, and from personal experience Omlet do their very best to minimise any waiting times. We also thought about going to collect from HO but since Omlet are only open Mon-Fri it wasn't feasible. Fingers crossed your ducks get their new home asap

Well I have just ordered my eglu classic in and it is arriving Wednesday! I was very lucky as I know I had to wait for a while for the but am really excited and my new naughty bantams will have a much better residence than their wooden house, plus the temporary ducklings can now have the wooden house until they are big enough for release to the wild.
