Ain't Nobody Here
Why is it that every single year, shortly after my seedlings have got going and my tomatoes are nice and tall in the plastic greenhouses, we get gale force winds which threaten to wreck everything ? All my rasps which were just about to ripen are being blown about too . We also had such heavy rain earlier that the traffic on the dual carriageway I was on almost stopped because we couldn't see where we were going, even with wipers on full speed . I'm dreading visiting the raised beds .
Olly
Oh dear I heard the forecast, and thought of you! It's very grey here, but rain isn't forecast and I wish it would, it's very dry and too hot. Don't envy you those high winds though, hope it all survives.
theherd123
Thats just typical isnt it?! Glorious sunshine for weeks, the plants grow beautifully and then terrible weather that ruins it all
