Ok, so we go off for a fun day out yesterday to Tractor Ted's Farm at Longleat yesterday (brilliant!!)....and yes, you guessed it! We come home with an extra 3 hens! 2 Silver Sussex's and a Columbian Blacktail. Beautiful POL birds. We've called them Annie and Clarabel and Mona!

 

We've currently got 2 pepperpots, one gingernut ranger and a 1 ex-battery (Korma!).

 

We've currently got a blue Eglu, and our "Henporium" in a WIR. We introduced our henporium when we got two ex-batts but one died and our existing flock all pile into the Eglu.

 

Well, we've now realised that we are going to have to bite the bulllet and get the Cube to house them all.

 

Not sure what to do...drive to Omlet and collect or get it delivered. Will a cube only (no run) fit in the back of a VW Touran??? Does anyone know the packaged size please?

The Touran is a big car if I remember correctly?

 

A friend got a cube and run in a Vauxhall Astra so I would imagine you'd be ok

Thank you people for your help - Cube is now ordered and collecting tomorrow.. I guess we should be thankful they are stocked - delivery would have left us waiting for another couple of weeks and I don't think the girls would have appreciated being that squashed up for that long!
