Emz24
Hi Everyone, I have had my two chickies since November and I have noticed that in the last month or so one of them has been doing very runny poos. They were only brown though. So I took them both to the vet and had them check over. He suggested to give them Flubenvet for a week, and so I did. Now the runny poos have turned to a horrible greeny colour that is thick, slimy and looks a bit like spinach. I am now totally confused as to what to do. I might give the whole yoghurt and oats thing a try...any ideas???
The Dogmother
What are you feeding them on?
Emz24
Erm, pellet and mixed seed, with some grit as well. We were told by the vet to stop giving them treats becasue they weren't eating their food. They like pecking at the grass and eating bugs etc. They also enjoy slugs and I even caught Tilly with a frog a couple of times as well!!! The Dogmother
I can't really tell without seeing her, but I'd send a poo sample off to Retfords for analysis; they'll tell you a course of action if needed too.
