lillybettybabs Posted July 6, 2010 Share Posted July 6, 2010 Fran is my most flightly chicken, she will try and roost onto of the cube and very shy. She's over 20 wks now and hasn't started laying, Her crop is never full but she does eat a little of their crumb mix and catches flies/mothes etc, She sleeps a lot (though it is hot) also she yawns alot. No other signs of ill health (comb is fine, tail up) have i just got a wild or lazy chicken of could there be something not right? lillybettybabs Posted July 6, 2010 Author Share Posted July 6, 2010 I did panic and think gapeworm but she had just eaten a big insect so she was prob just easing it down. She's either VERY hyper and chasing the black birds away and doing laps around the garden and flying up into the tree or she's asleep.
