Scaley leg is difficult to detect until too late and it has already taken hold but it can be treated so panic not.

 

You may have to wait until his next moult before the raised scales fall off though. Whatever you do DON'T pick them.

 

If poss I would seperate him from the rest of your flock until he has been treated and the mites are gone as it can spead.

 

Also give the house and run a good going over to try to avoid/prevent infestation of the others.
