I got my Bantams today! they're gorgeous! But the farmer wasn't sure if one of my birds was a male, so he gave me him/her for free (which is nice) Took a pic to see what you lovely people reckon.. Male or female??....

 

 

if its a male, I can take him back. I have 3 others, 1 Buff, Lavender and black. Pics will follow in due course. Only went to Smilers Farm to buy bedding

I'll pop some pics on in a bit sorting them now. Not sure how old, in the excitement forgot to ask but young! Cheeping like chicks, but not sure if thats a bantam cheep anyway?

Lovely sound isn't it. I was reading that short cheeps mean they are happy but longer ones they are in distress.
