I have sent it for repair 4 times because it's losing tension after only a small amount of sewing. Twice the springs and things have fallen out so I am sure there is some clip or spring missing so would like to compare machines I'm reluctant to take it in again, it will come back fine and then go wrong after a short while again. Around here it is Bernina approved repairers rather than Bernina engineers which I guess is the problem.
