penelope
Hi There My lovely girls that we hatched are now 14weeks old. They have growers pellets ad lib, free range on my allotment or in the garden & have left overs & acsess to grit. I was wondering how old they should be before I start giving them a little corn. I have the layers ready to start mixing in when this sack is nearly gone. Also what age should they have the oyster shell & limestone? You can guess that I am patiently(NOT) waiting for our first egg I have a whole camera full of pics of them from hatch to now including the hansome boys & one day I will get round to posting some on here. Thanks for helping to get them to this stage, its been such fun for my daughter & I . Penelope XX
Redwing
They can have corn now, a little at the end of the day They need flint grit but no oyster shell until they are at least 18+ weeks I know its hard but be patient, I has a chook lay before her time and her growth was stunted by it
