Raina Posted August 20, 2010 Share Posted August 20, 2010 Hi all, We think Orakiah is pining (sp?) for Lady Lay (She didn't even eat any sweet corn but she did lay this morning) so we would like to get either 1 or 2 more hens,The only problem is introductions. We don't have anymore coops for slow intro's,So can i just plaster the chooks with anti-pecking spray and put them in the Eglu at night when they're all calm? (I can buy extra feeders & drinkers to make sure no one gets left out) I would like to get a couple of silkies,would being a different breed make any difference with Introductions? Thanks in advance.
