Donna C Posted September 1, 2010 Share Posted September 1, 2010 Hi Rachel, I can't say how happy i was to read someone eles has orphingtons I have two 10 wk old ones as were recommended by the vet when we sadly had to put our ex-batts to sleep One is very quiet and small and the other is a little minx and keep flapping around. ISCA Posted September 4, 2010 Share Posted September 4, 2010 My Orpingtons are far too large to fly. They run and flap their wings but nver leave the ground! A 6 foot fence is more than enough.
