Janty
As a family we try hard not to eat products that contain battery farm eggs. It only seems right after rescuing our Christmas ex-batts back in 2007. We don't buy Mr. Kipling cakes, Cadbury's creme eggs, Walnut whips (unless M&S), Toblerone ( ), Mars bars, Milky Way, etc. I was having a bored trawl of the internet tonight and discovered a whole host of other nasties containing battery eggs which I hadn't realised... Double Decker Cadbury's Fudge Curly Wurly Chomp I did find it odd that Creme eggs and Twisted Creme eggs contain egg but the minis supposedly don't. Anybody know of any other products that we may not have thought of?
Lydia
Jaffa cakes. In fact I believe most if not all of the McVities range are out of bounds. I just find it easier not to buy any processed sweet stuff anymore. I take the view that everything contains battery or barn egg unless I have it confirmed otherwise. Are the mini eggs more of a fondant than a goo? That might be the difference.
