Cinnamon Posted September 23, 2010 Share Posted September 23, 2010 Google calendars I have used this for about 10 months now, & I honestly can say that I don't think I could function without it. Each family member has their own separate calendar, all of which come together on the main family computer. In addition to this,they can pick up their own & each others calendars on their laptops & smartphones,and any other persons calendar that is useful to have,but doesn't need to be on view the whole time can be hidden (perfect for school timetables) My daughter can add an appointment for a driving lesson to her calendar & it gets sent to the home computer,my phone & I get a text message too. I then have another calendar for what I am cooking for supper each day,one for birthdays, another for holiday hen bookings which is linked to my site,& Hubby has one for his work appointments. The weather forecast is also shown for each day. Oh,& they are all different colours,so its super easy to see what is what at a glance.
