I usually use a pump garden spray thing to apply the poultry shield, carefully diluted 1:10, but last time I used it, I judged the amounts by eye and they had a panic when it started running off the cube GREEN! I then realised, (hopefully correctly) that the green colour was probably coming from the sprayer and not the Eglu.

How do you apply it? Has anyone else had any worries about it dissolving their Eglu?

Poultry Shield goes green when it hits/kills red mite! Sounds like just the right concentration!!

Phew - that would explain it. I had seen a few red mites in the poo tray, which is why I reached for the poultry shield. I haven't seen any since!
