Torrential rain flooding run

I've an egg with red dots on the shell only about 1/2 cm of clustered dots. The ladies are laying fine, seem healthy enough. Should I be concerned? Thanks

erm, not actually sure! however it's probably ok - it could be some blood from inside during the construction of the shell process. ours quite often have different blotches or marks on, sometimes they are an unusual shape - I think its probably just down to individual egg tackle, and circumstance and so on.

Sometimes it's just pigment. If it's blood I would check there is no redmite in the house
