I have 4 bantams that i bought 10 weeks ago, i do not know actual age but was told they were at point of lay when i bought them but looking back they might have been as young as 12-15 weeks.

Neither have laid a single egg yet, should i be worried?

Someone has told me that i will not see any eggs til spring, is this right?

 

They have a tiny comb, is this a bantam thing or will they get a bigger one and will this indicate ready to lay?

It could be that they don't lay until next spring. If they are pure breeds, they tend to lay between Feb and Sept/Oct. But you never know! What is certain is that they will lay - sometime.....

Sounds like they are are too young to lay

 

You can look forward to the spring tho, then you'll have plenty of eggs

and bantam eggs are gorgeous - lovely big yellow yolks and smaller whites than 'normal' eggs. so they will be worth the wait!
