madchickenlady
Sorry, just a moan. My blue pekin, Doris, had a spot on her eye last week so I've been treating her with antibiotic eyedrops. However, today she has bubbling of both eyes and a couple of my other girls are sneezing. So I've brought out the Tylan for the second time this year They are all eating, drinking etc, although a couple are still in full moult. I'm very much hoping that they're all a bit low from the moult, but as we're going away for a few days didn't want to take the chance. Just a bad period, I guess
scarlettohara
Hope they will be OK, the weather doesn't help does it ? Just got a phone call to say son's horse has crashed through a fence and cut one leg and is lame on another - so vet visit later. I have sinusitis so all I wanted to do today was stay in and feel sorry for myself

Egluntyne
Strictly speaking you should have the permission of a vet before administering antibiotics. They may be inappropriate or even past their use by date.
madchickenlady
Yes, sorry. Certainly wouldn't advise anyone else to use medicines on their flock without a vets advice
