Heidi-Hi
Hi, some of my chooks have been sporting dirty bums, and I last wormed them with Flubenvet middle August, so I figured it is time... Now, I've been wondering how will I know that the Flub has worked? If I can't actually see any worms in their poo, does that mean it didn't work, or that they never did have worms? Mind you, I am only on Day 5 of the Flub, so maybe it hasn't kicked in I assume the Flub makes them poo out any worms they've got?
Plum
Doesn't matter really, if you've wormed them with Flubenvet you can be pretty sure they are ok.
Chucky Mama
If you've followed the instructions it will have worked. You don't always see worms in poo. Remember most worms will be small and eggs microscopic if you are worming regularly as recommended. It is best to do them as a routine every 3-4 months regardless. That way the worms can never be large enough to cause clinical signs.
