Lesley Posted December 12, 2010 Author Share Posted December 12, 2010 I'm still stirring it daily - it doesn't smell any worse! It's just apple peelings and cores, covered with water, cover and stir daily. It is supposed to get the bloom on top which you stir in but eventually it will turn into vinegar and you bottle it and leave it to mature.
