Treekeeper
Just picked up our organic Norfok Black and OH is getting ready to stuff it etc, but is complaining about the black feather stubs??? Daft question coming do you pluck 'em out or just let the heat of the oven get rid? We have an organic turkey every year and don't recall having such a stubbly one!!!!!! Mind you we usually have a bottle of champers when we prepare the turkey and we haven't this year perhaps we have just been too suiffy to notice LOL. I know one of you wise Omleteers will have an answer . MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL GOD BLESS US EVERYONE
Snowy
I think they will burn off in the oven. We've had free range pork this year, I struggled with the black bristles as well!
