rachelk
I've been asked to make some clothes for a little girls doll. I don't know if anyone has heard of them - BFC dolls, which are very similar to the American Girls dolls that are (apparently) all the rage. I hadn't heard of them until I was shown one today - thank goodness my girls didn't like dolls that all I say! Anyway I need some patterns for trendy outfits for a doll 18'' tall - anyone got any ideas where I could get something? I've tried the internet, but all the patterns seem very old fashioned. The doll is currently dressed in a brown tunic dress and Ugg style boots if that gives you an ide of what is expected of me! Feel certain that one of you clever types could point me in the right direction.......
craftyhunnypie
Hi - you can try here http://kituchi.com/dollygoggles/poll.html These are collectable Blythe dolls. I have one, as I love all things kitsch. If you search in google for Blythe doll clothes patterns - you'll get loads. They have large heads, but normal Barbie style bodies. Sure to be something ' with it' in those patterns as Blythe dolls are fashionistas! Emma.x
