Cazjohn Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 Hi All, Picked up three POL at the weekend, two fine the third is a Light Sussex Cross and she is eating, drinking and pooing well but takes every opportunity to have a sleep, today she went to the nest box twice but hasn't laid so far, I know that Sussex are supposed to be docile but is all this sleeping right? Plum Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 It will indicate a problem. I would take her back to the breeder and ask them to examine her. It could be laying problem but equally illness. I have one with respiratory infection and the only sign was keep sleeping until today when she started a rattle.
