Pro Cook! I bought a cream oval cast iron casserole dish from them in their sale last October but the enamel has started to come off the handle. So I contacted them last night, had a reply back this morning asking me to send a photo of the damage, and they are sending me a new one, free of charge! :clap::clap::clap:
