Icons in signatures

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why these days the number of smilies you can have in your signature is limited to 10 these days?

I've had to remove some just to update my sig - it can't really be to save space - surely !* doesn't take that much space up for example?

It's becoming trickier to deal with, the more I suffer from symptoms of Morehens disease!

Can any mods find out please?

Hi,

The smaller amount of space for signatures has been in place for several months now.

Some signatures were massive - bigger than the posts, & the web team decided to bring in a limit to make browsing the pages easier & quicker
