It says on the DVLA website that this is the quickest easiest way to do it - Bah humbug!! I have got everything I need to do it - but every time I get so far as to put all the required info in and press "next" all I get is that its trying to connect to the correct page, but never does. Tutti Frutti Posted February 5, 2011 Share Posted February 5, 2011 Weird cos we managed to change the addresses for two licences online this morning and it really was pretty straightforward All I can think of is it's busy (have another go in the morning) or your internet security is blocking it???
