New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

Pardon my ignorance but does an individual hen's egg always have the same external egg shell appearance? We had our 1st ever egg yesterday which was speckled all over. We've had another egg today which is a slightly different tinted brown but no speckles. Is it wishful thinking on our part that we've got two starting to lay or is it from the same girl. it was found in a similar place (on the floor of the house) to the one yesterday.

 

Apart from seeing them in the act how do you ever guess which brown egg comes from which hen ?

hopefully you wil find an extra egg today mine have all started laying now 10 eggs a day well almost ps i have 3 light sussex mine lay a pinky almost white egg my rhode lays brown so i would say its your black rock and your ginger nut

Wow 10 eggs a day that's fab . Thanks for the info on the light Sussex, although ours looks the most developed of the 3 I don't think she's laying
