lay Posted May 17, 2007 Share Posted May 17, 2007 We have a small Bantum and a Hybrid. We did expect the Bantum to go Brody - which she has. However so has the big one but she sits on top of the Bantum, would she do this because there is no room in the nest box or becuase she is mothering the Bantum? I have two broodies at the moment (mine are all pure breeds), one is in the broody cage, the other is on the nest at the moment - the others stand on top of her to lay their eggs!
