Is your dog's unusual barking a secret code for something mysterious?

Anyone else have a chicken who snores when she's asleep? It's so loud I can hear her from outside the electric fence! I've checked her breathing when she's awake - no rattles, no nasal discharge, and she's bright eyed and bushy-tailed (very bushy tailed - she's a cochin ). Given she seems very healthy and happy I'm not worried about her - just curious to know whether anyone else has come across this before in a healthy bird?

Yep, I used to have a hen that snored VERY loudly - you could hear her from half way down the garden!

 

Don't worry about it, she's fine, some hens (like people) just snore...
