3.6m Omlet Chicken Run for sale, Brand New in Boxes, Milton Keynes (MK19)

I've had my two girls for 2 weeks now & both have been laying lovely since we got them. Mostly once a day, but sometimes with missing a day.

They both missed a day yesterday so I was expecting 2 lovely eggstoday. What we got however was just one, very small, solid shell with indented end. DH in his wisdom threw it before I had a chance to photograph it or open it to see what was inside.

 

Its panicked me a bit - am I doing somehting wrong ?

If they're young it's probably just a blip in their system. I wouldn't worry just yet.

I agree with Henslaved - you can get some odd eggs in the early days!
