Height to fix Superglug in WIR

Hi everyone,

 

My girls shunned their superglug last year, but with the rate they're now drinking water I want to try again. They live in a WIR so I'm going to use a Kroken rail to fix it, but because they've never used it I don't know what height to go for. Can anyone help? I can fix the rail at any height - I though about 18" from ground level?
