newcountrygirl
My three girls are very contrary. They have a large walk in run with a "go" on top of a platform. I recently bought 2 chickboxes with rollaway collection boxes to get them trained for when i go away. After a couple of days they started to use them and i was full of praise. We then decided to move the run to a much nicer spot in the garden. The chickboxes were placed in the same spot as before under the "go" the only difference being that we had turned the "go" around so that the front door was facing the door of the run. Result - they decided to no longer lay in the chickboxes - but in the "go" even though we had covered over the nest area, or in the run. So....... we moved the chickboxes to the front underneath the "go" and voila - back to laying in the chickboxes. Now is it me or are they "proper little madams"
