johnandkymberley
Hi, we have 7 hens, but are only getting 6 eggs a day, now i know hens have "off" days but this has been happening for while, prob 2weeks maybe a bit more, we always have 2 so its not willow or lily, and i have seen petal and laelia so i have 3 to observe! Is there anyway i can help them along? i have put garlic in their water with a tad of poultry tonic and ACV, just for a pick me up, i mean a couple of months ago they werent laying anything at all for a week then one day i got all 7, is this normal? im a bit worried
percy049
They might be laying away from the nest. One of our girls just stopped for a couple of weeks, and nows she starting again. Make sure they are all ok, check to make sure they're not egg bound of something

johnandkymberley
Just to update i searched around the garden in bushes and stuff and still nothing , i have narrowed it down to blossom or phlox though, but when i get up there is one egg already in there, so whoever is laying is laying it early! but i dont know if i can get up at 5 to see which one is going in....
