beach chick Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 just heard lots of shouting from the girls, so I went out expecting all kinds of mayhem. they had taken real exception to the fact that their sun parasol had blown out of its' stand thingummy and was blocking the way into the WIR!! ooh they were so cross. really windy here, so have removed the offending parasol altogether til the wind drops... teacake Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 we lent our neighbours a parasol last weekend (to shelter from the rain under when bbqing! ) when they brought it back they left it near the WIR, oh, my - they went bonkers. scary scary scary, lets shout at it! wild and windy here today too, and they are definitely bothered by it. Duncan08 Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 Our Girls were not very impressed with the wind either this morning. All snuggled up in front of the Go Door. I have put the tarpaulin over half the run for them and weighed it down with some bricks to give them a break if they need it. Just ordered some extra bungee cords so I can make something more permanent to shelter them from wind, sun, rain......is there ever perfect weather???
