Patricia W Posted June 25, 2011 Share Posted June 25, 2011 I just get a sponge flan base, fill it with a mound of ice- cream and then cover the whole lot with meringue. The trick is to make sure there's no gaps in the meringue cover. Then pop into the oven for about 10-15 mins or till delicately browned and serve straight away. Lovely!
