Just feed them & see how long it lasts - food consumption will go up when they come into lay & go down when broody or moulting - this stuff usually has a decent use by period anyhow . Don't feed them much corn,especially in summer,as it increases body temperature. Its best kept to a very occasional treat (say a good handful thrown in,once a week for the 4 of them) Again,store it properly & it will last.
